Market House
One of Penzance Regeneration Company’s flagship projects is the meticulous restoration of the iconic Market House.
Indoor activity centre or centres
Making use of a brownfield site and/or an existing redundant buildings this project will bring excellent facilities for two Olympic sports to the town. We have been working with local clubs and aim to provide an integrated series of leisure activities which will particularly appeal to younger people.
Refurbishment and change of use of two town centre properties
This should enable their future commercial use as well as affordable housing for local people above.
