The PZRC is a not-for-profit company run by a voluntary group of directors currently delivering three high profile Town Deal / Future High Streets grant funded projects in Penzance.
- Market House – renovation of the ‘Humphry Davy’ east end of this grade l listed building.
- 94MJS – redevelopment of the old Poundstretcher on Market Jew Street.
- Market Place – redevelopment of the old Timothy White / Lou’s Shoes site, corner of Causewayhead.
The vision work is completed and planning approval granted. Construction is now underway on all projects. Completion and project launch is scheduled for 2027.
WE ARE ALWAYS ON THE LOOKOUT for people with a range of skills to collectively help champion, oversee and deliver these
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE and skills relating to:
- Working at Board/Steering group level.
- Delivery of capital/construction projects.
- Business development and management.
- Private/public/voluntary sector partnerships.
- Marketing, PR and Communications.
- Change and risk management.
- Community engagement and networking
TIME INVESTMENT:
20 to 30 hours a month plus a monthly 3 hour board meeting.
