Transforming 28-30 Market Place – a much neglected eyesore – in the heart of our town.
Due to be completed at the end of 2026
This project delivers eight one-bedroom apartments for rent. They will be available to local people and at a 20% discount to market rent. At street level there will be a refurbished retail unit prioritised for local independent retailers.
