The Penzance Regeneration Company (PZRC) is dedicated to shaping a brighter future for our community.
We are a not-for-profit Company run by volunteers from the community. We own assets and manage projects part funded by the UK Government’s Town and Future High Streets Fund. We are supported by Cornwall Council and Penzance Town Deal Board.
We are delivering three projects to revitalise the area:
- 1. Bringing our Market House back to life
- 2. 94MJS: a Bouldering Centre with complementary fitness facilities
- 3. Total refurbishment of 28-30 Market Place
About Us
We have already acquired significant funding to own and redevelop a small portfolio of local existing properties and a brownfield site.
