The Penzance Regeneration Company (PZRC) is dedicated to shaping a brighter future for our community.
We are a not-for-profit Company run by volunteers from the community managing projects part funded by the UK Government’s Town Deal Fund and supported by Cornwall Council and Penzance Town Deal.
Currently we are in the early stages of creating and delivering four projects to revitalise the area:
- 1. Restoration of Market House
- 2. Indoor activity centre
- 3. Two Penzance town centre properties for commercial use / affordable housing for locals.
